After 31 Combined Years In The Hair Industry...
Derek and Kim decided it was time to go on their own and create a space where they could make all their ideas come to life. Derek got into the management side of the industry 18 years ago, while Kim began an apprenticeship and worked her way up.
Derek and Kim are both very driven and passionate about the industry, and they felt as though they could create an environment that is unrivaled in services and experience for the customer, as well as creating a thriving workplace for themselves and their team. Hello! My name is Katrina, a Level 3 stylist here at Lucas Salon. After completing two years of hands-on learning experience at Nashua High School North, I continued my education at Empire Beauty School where I obtained my license. I am passionate about creating lived-in, custom color looks and designing all-day, picture-perfect hair for life’s biggest events! Bringing together the industry’s newest trends and techniques with your hair goals is what I love to do! When I’m not behind the chair, I cherish spending time with friends, traveling to new places, and playing with my two pups. See you in my chair soon to create your dream hair.

Hi, I’m Bell! Custom color is a big focus of mine, with a passion for blonding, blending, and creating color that feels natural, intentional, and personalized.
Hair health and integrity are always at the core of my work. I love the process of creating a color plan that works for the hair and using the right techniques to turn my guests’ hair goals into reality.
My favorite part of being behind the chair is the transformation. There’s nothing better than seeing everything come together and watching someone leave feeling confident and excited about their hair.

Hi, I’m Olivia, a Level 2 stylist here at Lucas Salon! I have always loved all things hair. I started my education at Paul Mitchell in 2023 and graduated in September 2024! I am passionate about all things lived in, and Have a genuine love for working with curly hair and helping people embrace their natural texture. I thrive to make peoples hair dreams come to life. I’m always staying up to date on new trends while continuing to further my education. When I’m not behind the chair you can find me at the beach, hanging out with my dog, and spending quality time with My friends and family! I’m excited to have you in my chair and make your hair goals come to life. Hope to see you soon!

Hi! I’m Nicole, a Level 2 Stylist at Lucas Salon. I began my cosmetology journey at Empire Beauty School in Hooksett in November 2024 and graduated in February 2026. I’m passionate about providing high-quality service while building genuine connections with every guest who sits in my chair. Creating a positive, welcoming experience is just as important to me as achieving beautiful results.
I love working with all hair types and enjoy every aspect of color, with a special passion for blonding.
Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me at the gym, reading, spending time with friends and family, or playing with my puppies.
I’m so excited to be pursuing my dream as a hairstylist and can’t wait to help make your hair goals a reality!

Hi! I’m Breann, one of the Level 1 stylists at Lucas Salon. I began my cosmetology journey in September 2024 and graduated from Empire Beauty School in September 2025. I’m currently continuing my education there as I work toward earning my master barbering license.
I’m so excited to be starting my career and growing behind the chair. I’m truly passionate about helping people feel like the best version of themselves, and I love creating looks that are customized to each individual.
I especially enjoy tailored haircuts and lived-in color, focusing on styles that feel effortless and enhance your natural look.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me camping, at the beach, or enjoying live music at concerts.

Hi, I’m Emilie! I’ve always loved everything hair ever since I was young. My journey in the beauty industry began as a junior in high school through the Dover Cosmetology Program, and I continued my education at Empire Beauty School, where I earned my cosmetology license.
I absolutely love creating beautiful blondes and dimensional color, and I’m always excited to continue learning and growing behind the chair. I believe listening to my clients and making them feel heard is just as important as the hair itself. I love getting to know each person who sits in my chair and making sure they feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their hair!
Outside of the salon, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, working out, or enjoying the outdoors. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you achieve your hair goals!
