Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. You agree to accept a 50% fee of the appointment value if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, or do not show up.

Late Policy

We allow 10 minute grace period for all tardy appointments. If later, we may need to move your appointment to another staff member, or reschedule.

Return Policy

Lucas Salon gladly accepts exchanges of products purchased at our store. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please bring the item back within 14 days, with original receipt.

​You may exchange the product for equal or lesser value, or request in-store credit in form of a Lucas Salon Gift Certificate.

​We will be unable to accept exchanges if: Receipt is not present, E-Receipt is not present, Item has been damaged, Item is more than 25% used, Items are not with original packaging. We do not offer refunds

Service Policy

Lucas Salon is committed to ensuring superior results. If you are not satisfied with your services, please notify us immediately or within 7 days of your visit.

​We will have you revisit our salon for a consultation to determine which steps need to be taken to achieve the desired outcome. Redo services will be of no charge to client.

​If services discussed during original consultation were delivered, and the work done is adequate, we will be unable to offer redo services at no charge.

We do not offer refunds.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates may be purchased online, or in store, and redeemed in-store only. Lucas Salon gift certificates can be printed or emailed.

​​Gift certificates are not re-loadable.

​​If your gift certificate is lost, Lucas Salon can trace it one of the following ways: Receipt, Date purchased, Name on certificate, Gift certificate number

​​Each gift certificate has a unique number located on the bottom. If you do not protect this number, others may use the code to redeem, resulting in reduction or complete loss of funds. We do not offer refunds.

Membership Policy

Member agrees to pay a monthly fee to participate in membership benefits. Membership monthly payment and benefits can be found in-store or at https://www.lucas-salon.com/exclusive-memberships/. Memberships may change from time to time at the discretion of Lucas Salon.

You have one calendar month from your sign-up date to use your benefits. Example: if you signed up on the 15th of the month, you have until the 15th of next month to use your benefits. Monthly Billing will also be charged on your sign-up date.

Billing: Member agrees and understands that the form of payment on file will be charged the monthly fee associated with its membership subscription. The appropriate monthly membership fee will be charged automatically. It is the responsibility of each member to keep Lucas Salon informed of any changes in billing information. After two failed payments, we will reach out via text. If payment is not successful after 3 more processing attempts the membership will be automatically cancelled and all benefits associated will be lost.

Family Sharing: Family sharing can only be used with immediate family members. Lucas Salon reserves the right to request identification from a member. To redeem membership discounts, members must validate their existing membership at time of service. Lucas Salon may request member to add a photo to their membership file for identification validation.

Cancellation: Membership can be cancelled at any time, without penalty, when signed up for no commitment. Membership can only be cancelled via email info@lucas-salon.com. To cancel your membership, the following information is required: member’s first and last name, member’s phone number, and the date you wish to cancel. Once membership is processed, member will receive a confirmation e-mail, and the member’s form of payment will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycles. If a commitment is included in purchased membership, customer must pay a buy-out fee $45.00.

Rollover Services: Beginning 12/26/22 Unused services do not expire and will roll-over month to month. Unused services and discounts hold no cash value. Member is not authorized to redeem services (used or unused) or discounts for cash or store credit at any time. Member is not authorized to receive a refund for any unused services or membership benefits at any time during membership or at time of cancellation.

Freeze Membership: Memberships can be paused for verified reasons. Your freeze will be limited to 1 month consecutively. Limited pause 2 times per calendar year. Your dues will be automatically reinstated at the end of your pause and billed to the account on file.

*Stylist level and service prices do not change membership prices.
*Membership discount may not be combined with promotional discounts.
2*Free training for at-home styling is limited to one training session per-style (5 total styles), per-membership limited to one booking per-month.

1* Platinum members choose two services total per-month. Selection of free services grants 1 free service from top list, and one free service from bottom list. Member cannot choose services from the same list.
We reserve the right to change rollover services at any time from not expiring to expiring.
